Hiring Candidate Required For Development Manager For Life Insurance

Company: Top Life Insurance Company

Locations: Chandigarh,Amritsar, Ludhiana,Patiala, Bhatinda,, Zirakpur, Una,,Kangda,Shimla

Salary: 2 to 4 LPA + Incentives + Reimbursements

Experience: 3 to 12 years in Sales (Life Insurance preferred)

Job Role Responsibilities

As an Development Manager , you will be responsible for driving sales through recruitment and development of life insurance agents.

Recruit train insurance agents (commission-based)
Supervise agent activity plans and ensure target achievement
Conduct weekly performance reviews (PRPs) with agents
Maintain updates in the Sales Management System
Motivate agents to participate in Career Progression Programs
Promote use of digital tools (Agent Portal CRM) for customer management cross-selling

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales (Life Insurance preferred)
Education: Graduate in any stream
Key Attributes:

Sales-oriented with leadership ability

Stable career history with proven track record
