Job Description
Responsibilities
Kforce's client, a major local Colorado hospital, is hiring many Senior Project Managers to manage multiple construction projects related to fleet replacement. They are replacing imaging (scanners, etc) and telemetry equipment across its front range hospital and clinics, managing up to 10 projects simultaneously, ranging from retro fitting an existing lab, to help stand up a new clinic. Summary: Project Managers are responsible for project budget, procuring equipment, and working with the internal design and construction, as well as internal IT teams. This is a fast paced environment, juggling multiple projects. This role will oversee and drive major asset replacement initiatives in a healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, including fleet replacements such as imaging systems, Philips Tele, OBYX fetal monitoring systems, HillRom equipment, and similar healthcare technologies. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage large-scale healthcare asset replacement projects from inception to completion
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of fleet replacements, including imaging systems, telemetry devices, fetal monitoring systems, and patient beds
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Collaborate with vendors, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and integration of assets
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and organizational policies
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership, highlighting key milestones and any project challenges
- PMP certification (preferred but not required)
- Proven experience in project management within healthcare or related industries, specifically involving asset replacements such as imaging systems, Philips Tele, Obyx fetal monitoring, or HillRom equipment
- Strong understanding of healthcare technology and infrastructure
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
