Job Description

Should have Experience of various ITAM/ITSM processes like analysis, Documentation/playbooks, escalation, incident documentation, SLAs, client meetings, report walk throughs, bridge calls, RFPs, etc.

Must have experience with Process Optimization

Must Have Experienced ITAM Professional adept at optimizing IT asset lifecycle

Good to Managed prioritization of ServiceDesk support team for ITAM

Should have ITAM Life Cycle and Handling Incidents/Escalated Tasks

Must be Implemented inventory lifecycle controls including stock categorization, valuation methods, reorder thresholds
