Job Description
We are looking for an Implementation & Training Consultant to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you will:
- Conduct product trainings for new staff and travel industry clients.
- Support Tour Operator clients during Go-Live, identifying gaps, resolving queries, and guiding setup.
- Gather requirements and create Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specifications (FSD).
- Analyze client business processes and recommend system configurations.
- Assist with testing, documentation, and user manuals.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Candidates from all tour and travel agencies with experience in operations or travel technology.
- 4+ years of experience in the travel industry or travel software implementation.
- Knowledge of tour operating processes and travel technology.
- Strong communication skills and client-facing experience.
- Ability to train, troubleshoot, and quickly understand software functionality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel to client sites for workshops.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Management, or related field.
