Job Description

Job Title: Investment Analyst / Business Analyst / M&A Analyst

Experience Level: 1–5 years

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Investment Analyst to support the deal team with investment & acquisition decisions.

The ideal candidate has foundational knowledge of data analysis,building financial reports (such as P&Ls and Cohort Analysis) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential opportunities from our proprietary deal pipeline
  • Create reports around financial performance (P&L ), User engagement & cohort retention, LTV and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) based on which the company can make investment decisions
  • Provide insights into customer behavior and acquisition funnels
  • Analyze revenue, cost, and profit to help assess marketing spend effectiveness
  • Assist in market research, and competitor analysis
  • Interact & coordinate with potential sellers to ensure data completeness and accuracy
  • Meet potential acquisition targets at industry events and conference
  • Generate & manage deal flow email marketing campaigns

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business / Economics
  • Fundamental knowledge of financial statements, especially Profit & Loss.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts).
  • Basic understanding of e-mail marketing & content creation
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year

Work Location: Remote
