Job Description

Summary:

The Client Reporting & Automation Analyst Role is responsible for review and verification of Performance Returns for a variety of internally generated reports. The analyst will be working with other operations teams and technology associates.

Responsibilities:

Audit and refactor existing VBA-based reporting workflows to reduce manual intervention and improve processing efficiency.
Creating SQL queries to aggregate data from the data warehouse for either processing or creating exception reviews.
Develop Python scripts to automate repetitive daily tasks, improving accuracy and reducing processing time.
Design and deploy an AI-assisted tool to centralize and maintain policies, procedures, and process flow documentation across client reporting functions.
Participate in end user and parallel testing modes for a variety of client reports.

Qualifications:

Experience with AI‑assisted development (GitHub Copilot, Vibe Coding, Claude Code, etc).
Comfortable writing SQL queries to generate data extracts and perform data analysis.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
High level of comfort reviewing large amounts of data within strict timeframes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving, analytical and technical aptitude.
Keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple complex tasks.
Desire to work in a team-oriented environment.
