We deliver inquiry‑led, student‑centered learning across campus settings and seek experienced coordinators to drive curriculum quality, teacher development, and assessment excellence. On-site roles available at campuses in Bangalore (Sarjapura Road) and Chennai.

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead implementation and continuous refinement of the IB PYP curriculum, ensuring alignment with IB standards and the school scope & sequence.
- Design and facilitate transdisciplinary unit planning and curriculum mapping across Primary Years; support teachers in unit authoring and documentation.
- Coach and mentor classroom teachers through model lessons, feedback cycles, targeted professional development, and performance review.
- Develop and oversee assessment frameworks—formative and summative—analyse student data, and guide instructional interventions to improve learning outcomes.
- Coordinate IB authorization/verification activities, maintain required documentation, and support accreditation timelines and reporting.
- Engage parents and the school community around PYP philosophy and learning practices; partner with school leadership on policy, timetabling, and resource planning.

- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (or equivalent teaching qualification)

- Proven track record in IB PYP teaching with prior coordination, curriculum leadership, or mentorship responsibilities
- Collaborative, IB‑focused professional community with ongoing CPD and IB workshop support.
- Opportunities to shape curriculum practice and lead whole‑school initiatives in established campus environments.
