Overview

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager (PMO) to lead and manage the execution of key cybersecurity initiatives for our client, ESAF. The role requires strong technical background in Identity and Access Management (IDAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and other security domains, along with solid project coordination and client communication skills. The selected candidate will work onsite from Thrissur, Kerala, and ensure the successful delivery of ongoing projects while maintaining alignment with governance and stakeholder expectations.

Job Skills

Strong understanding of and experience with:

IDAM (Identity & Access Management)
PAM (Privileged Access Management)
WAF (Web Application Firewall)
DDoS Mitigation Solutions
Firewalls, Proxy servers, and Endpoint Security Tools

Candidate Profile

Minimum 9 years of total experience, with solid exposure to technical project delivery
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Hands-on experience handling cybersecurity tools and technologies
Proven ability to manage project governance, documentation, and reporting
Comfortable working independently in an onsite environmentApply now

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day progress and delivery of ongoing security-related projects
Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams and the client
Participate in client calls, governance meetings, and provide clear, timely updates
Ensure alignment with timelines, deliverables, and compliance requirements
Manage and document project plans, risks, issues, and change requests
Work closely with engineering and cybersecurity teams to ensure technical requirements are met
Coordinate across stakeholders to remove roadblocks and ensure consistent progress
Ensure proper documentation for all project phases, including reporting and closure
