Human Resources Specialist

A leading Pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting an HR Specialist for their Hyderabad office.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips, and warning letters.
• Creating onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations.
• Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
• Evaluating employee performance and appraising their pay scale accordingly
• Administer compensation and benefit plans
• Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
• Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

• Open to candidates based in, or willing to relocate to India.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business administration.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR.
• Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience is a must.
• Experience with the full HR life cycle.
• Experience with employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management.
• In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance.
