Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Handling recruitment and selection (screening resumes, scheduling interviews, follow-ups).
Coordinating with department heads for manpower requirements.
Managing joining formalities, offer letters, appointment letters, and employee records.
Maintaining attendance, leave, and HR MIS.
Assisting in payroll inputs and coordination with accounts.
Handling employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Supporting onboarding and induction of new employees.
Maintaining employee files and documentation (physical & digital).
Assisting in performance appraisal processes.
Ensuring HR compliance and company policies are followed.
Supporting employee engagement activities.
