We’re looking for someone who understands storytelling, positioning, and audience behavior.

About SignSetu

SignSetu is building an inclusive education platform helping Deaf students learn English through Indian Sign Language in a gamified, accessible way. We work with Deaf schools and adults to improve literacy and access to opportunities.

What you’ll work on

• Content planning and caption writing
• Instagram Reels, stories, and engagement
• Campaign and launch support
• Community interaction and creator coordination

Who this is for

• You think in content strategy, not just trends
• You write clearly, simply, and thoughtfully
• You understand viral vs valuable content
• You are consistent, organised, and proactive
• You’re empathetic and curious about the Deaf community
• (Bonus) Familiarity with Indian Sign Language
