Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Participate in the recruitment and selection process, which involves publishing job advertisements, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating new employee orientation
Maintain precise employee records, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to applicable laws and regulations
Contribute to HR operations by revising policies, executing employee engagement initiatives, and coordinating training sessions
Generate and circulate HR-related documentation, including employment agreements, job offers, and performance assessment forms
Address employee inquiries promptly and accurately, fostering a positive and supportive work atmosphere
Utilise MS Office tools, particularly MS Excel and MS Word, to produce reports and analyse HR data, supporting informed decisions and refining HR procedures
Assist with daily administrative duties, including managing HR documents, meeting arrangements, and collaboration with external vendors
Familiarity with hiring platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.
