Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive – Talent Acquisition who will primarily drive recruitment while also supporting key HR processes such as onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hiring, interacting with candidates, and ensuring a smooth employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (80%)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for business functions including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer rollout.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align on hiring strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social platforms, and direct outreach.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit and motivation.
- Coordinate interview processes and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures.
Onboarding
- Drive smooth onboarding for new hires including documentation and joining formalities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness for new employees.
- Conduct onboarding sessions to introduce company culture, policies, and processes.
Employee Engagement
- Support HR initiatives such as engagement activities, internal events, and culture-building programs.
- Assist in planning and executing employee celebrations and engagement drives.
HR Operations
- Manage HR documentation and employee records.
- Coordinate background verification (BGV) for new hires.
- Support HR operations related to employee lifecycle processes.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / HR Generalist roles with strong exposure to recruitment.
- Experience handling end-to-end hiring for multiple roles.
- Basic exposure to HR operations, onboarding, and employee engagement.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
