We require a dedicated human resources professional to drive our talent acquisition strategy and build high-performing sales teams.

Position Overview: We are seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for our expanding international outbound divisions. The primary immediate objective for this role will be sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for our specialized Australian shift (5:30 AM to 2:30 PM IST). The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in volume hiring for international voice processes, a deep understanding of the local talent pool in Ahmedabad, and the ability to meet aggressive hiring targets while maintaining strict quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete talent acquisition lifecycle, including drafting job specifications, sourcing candidates, conducting initial phone screens, scheduling interviews, and managing offer negotiations.
  • Volume Hiring & Pipeline Development: Proactively build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates specifically suited for international outbound sales and early morning/night shifts.
  • Portal Management: Optimize and manage job postings across various platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, local job boards) to maximize applicant flow and ensure a high return on recruitment advertising spend.
  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct rigorous initial screenings to evaluate communication skills, shift flexibility, salary expectations, and overall suitability for high-volume international dialing environments.
  • Onboarding & Administration: Coordinate the seamless onboarding of new hires, manage employee documentation, and collaborate with operations managers to ensure a smooth transition into training.
  • Retention Strategy: Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, early attrition rates) and implement strategies to improve employee retention within the first 90 days of employment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of dedicated recruitment experience, with a mandatory focus on hiring for the BPO, KPO, or International Outbound Sales sectors.
  • Market Knowledge: Proven experience recruiting candidates for international voice processes (Australian, UK, or US shifts) within the Ahmedabad talent market.
  • Sourcing Expertise: Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing job portals, social media recruiting, and local networking to source active and passive candidates.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to professionally represent JuniperForge Technologies to prospective employees.
  • Operational Agility: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced corporate environment.
