Job Description:

Recruitment Support: Assist the store manager in screening resumes for sales staff and conducting initial interview rounds.
Billing Operations: Manage the billing desk during peak hours, ensuring all gold and diamond transactions are accurately documented.
Attendance & Payroll: Track daily attendance of floor staff and coordinate with head office for monthly salary processing.
Employee Welfare: Handle basic staff grievances and ensure the showroom environment is professional and welcoming.
