Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson located in Kolkata. The role involves managing customer relationships, identifying potential clients, promoting the company's product range including boards and veneers, and driving sales to meet targets. Responsibilities also include providing excellent client service, negotiating deals, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions and sales activities.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales, Negotiation, and Relationship Management
- Strong Communication, Presentation, and Networking abilities
- Time Management, Organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic MS Office applications is an advantage
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products
- Previous experience in the construction, hardware, or related industries is a plus
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently
- High School Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
