Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician, located in Bhubaneswar. The technician will be responsible for performing maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Additional responsibilities include ensuring systems are installed and functioning efficiently, addressing and resolving customer concerns, and adhering to safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

Experience in Maintenance & Repair and Preventive Maintenance to ensure optimal functioning of HVAC systems
Strong Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve system issues effectively
Knowledge and certification in Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations for compliance with safety and environmental standards
Customer satisfaction skills to address and resolve client concerns and provide exceptional service
Detail-oriented approach and commitment to ensuring high-quality work
Physical endurance and ability to work with tools and equipment in varied settings
Technical training or diploma in HVAC systems or equivalent professional experience
