Responsibilities:
*Role: Head of E-commerce / E-commerce & Growth Lead (D2C + Marketplaces)
Role Summary
Own end-to-end online revenue, marketing, and sales strategy for Sole Threads across D2C website and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra). This is a high-ownership, hands-on leadership role responsible for both strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities.
1. D2C Website Ownership (Primary Focus).
Own complete D2C business performance (revenue, conversion, AOV)
Optimize website (Shopify or similar) for conversion and user experience
Build and improve landing pages, product pages, and checkout flows
Ensure tracking systems (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics) are accurate and actionable.
2. Marketing & Sales Strategy (Core Responsibility).
Define overall go-to-market strategy for products
Drive pricing, positioning, discounting, and offer strategy
Decide channel mix (D2C vs marketplaces) and allocation
Plan and execute growth strategies to scale revenue profitably.
3. Performance Marketing & Growth.
Lead Meta & Google ad strategy and execution (or manage agencies)
Own CAC, ROAS, and scaling decisions
Continuously test creatives, audiences, and funnels to drive growth.
4. Marketplace Ownership (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra).
Oversee listings, catalog management, and content optimization
Resolve catalog issues (shared listings, suppression, etc.)
Plan marketplace pricing, promotions, and ad strategy
Monitor account health, ratings, and performance
5. Data, Analytics & Business Decisions.
Track and own key metrics: revenue, conversion rate, CAC, ROAS, AOV
Translate data into clear actions and growth decisions
Identify winning products and scale; cut underperformers quickly
6. Launch Execution, Operations & Team Building
Lead end-to-end product launches across all channels
Align inventory, website, ads, and marketplace readiness
Coordinate with logistics and operations for smooth fulfillment
Build and manage the e-commerce team over time.
Candidate Profile.
5–10 years experience in e-commerce (India-focused)
Strong experience in D2C + performance marketing
Hands-on with Shopify and marketplaces (Amazon/Flipkart/Myntra)
Proven track record of scaling online revenue
Highly data-driven with strong execution capability *
Budget - 60 to 80 k Inhand.
Location - Noida Sec-136
Qualifications:
MBA in Marketing or any graduate in similar role.
