Job Description

PencilBitz is seeking a results-driven senior Digital Marketing Executive with strong expertise in SEO to lead our organic growth strategies and strengthen our digital presence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, along with a proven track record of improving organic rankings and driving website traffic.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic visibility.
Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis.
Optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages for search engines.
Perform technical SEO audits and recommend improvements.
Improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO best practices.
Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry developments.

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of experience in SEO and digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Good understanding of website architecture, indexing, and ranking factors.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Experience in edtech, publishing, or service-based companies will be an added advantage.
