Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented graphic designer to support our retail stores with engaging visual designs. The role involves creating in-store branding, promotional creatives, and print-ready materials that enhance customer experience and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Design banners, posters, standees, flex boards, and hoardings
Create price tags, offer creatives, and festive promotions
Support in-store branding and visual merchandising
Prepare print-ready files (CMYK, bleed, size, resolution)
Follow brand guidelines and marketing briefs
Coordinate with store and marketing teams for timely delivery
Handle urgent design changes with quick turnaround
Required Skills:
Proficiency in CorelDRAW
Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
Experience with Adobe Photoshop for image editing
Good understanding of print media requirements
Knowledge of typography, layout, and color theory
Preferred Skills:
Experience in retail or print design
Ability to create basic social media creatives
Strong time management and multitasking skills
