Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a AI Tool Specialist or AI Generalist in HSR Layout, Bengaluru.

An AI Generalist is responsible for identifying, implementing, and managing AI tools across different functions of a business - from content creation and marketing automation to operations, customer communication, and data analysis. AI Generalist: they understand enough about how tools work to deploy them effectively, connect them through workflows and automations, and train team members to use them. Their core value is reducing the gap between what AI can do and what the business is actually using it for. In a small to mid-sized company, this person often becomes the internal go-to for anything AI-related - evaluating new tools, building prompt libraries, setting up no-code automations, and ensuring the business isn't leaving efficiency on the table simply because no one had the time or curiosity to explore what's available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of knowledge on different types of AI tools
• Technical knowledge on Open AI, Claude tools, AI and Automation.
• Online Marketing experience is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
