About The Role

Risk at Revolut operates across all functions, products, and regions to monitor front-line performance and ensure the business operates safely. They're among the first to be involved in new initiatives, from tech to customer support.

We're looking for an analytical Business Risk Manager to develop sustainable growth strategies that align with operational risk frameworks and take our risk management procedures to the next level.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identifying, assessing, and documenting risks across business functions
• Designing, implementing, and testing controls to mitigate risk
• Developing and maintaining key risk procedures and monitoring tools
• Tracking risk indicators and providing insights to support decision-making
• Managing and reporting risk events and incidents
  
  

What You'll Need

• Great analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in operational or business risk management
• An understanding of control frameworks and risk taxonomy (operational, financial, compliance)
• Hands-on experience with process mapping, control testing, and issue remediation
  
  

Nice to have

• Experience with risk monitoring tools, data analysis, or automation
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders
