Job Description

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

Min Experience: 8 years

JobType: full-time

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications across frontend and backend layers. The role involves close collaboration with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver secure, high-performance solutions aligned with business requirements.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and enhance full-stack web applications using Angular on the frontend and Node.js / Java on the backend
  • Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance RESTful APIs
  • Convert business and functional requirements into robust technical designs and implementations
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional engineering teams
  • Ensure high code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices
  • Optimize application performance, security, and scalability
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues efficiently
  • Contribute to architectural discussions, technology evaluations, and system design decisions
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical documentation

Required Skills

Frontend

  • Strong hands-on experience with Angular (v12+)
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and responsive UI development

Backend

  • Solid experience with Node.js (Express.js / NestJS) and/or Java
  • Experience building and consuming REST APIs

Additional Skills

  • Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL)
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
