Full Stack Developer-Java

We are looking for an experienced Application Developer who will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project needs, develop innovative solutions, and ensure that applications are seamlessly aligned with business objectives. A typical day will involve problem-solving, contributing to design discussions, reviewing code, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features. Roles & Responsibilities Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide technical leadership to the team. Collaborate with team members to design and implement scalable solutions. Drive team decisions and ensure alignment with project goals. Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key technical and architectural discussions. Provide hands-on solutions to complex problems within and across teams. Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to strengthen team capabilities. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of application components. Professional & Technical Skills Must-Have Skills: Strong proficiency in Java Full Stack Development . Hands-on experience in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Expertise in back-end frameworks including Spring and Hibernate . Proficiency in working with database management systems such as SQL and NoSQL. Good-to-Have Skills: Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and related cloud technologies.
