Location: Mysore

Duration: 3–6 months

Stipend: Based on performance

About the Company

Serenviya Technologies is building bazzR, a digital platform designed to help customers discover

sales, new collections, and promotions from local fashion retailers. Our mission is to strengthen

local retail by providing stores with better visibility while helping customers discover nearby

shopping opportunities more efficiently.

We are currently in the early stages of building the platform and assembling a small, highly

motivated team to help shape the foundation of the product and its growth strategy.

Role Overview

The Founder’s Office Intern will work closely with the founder and assist with a variety of strategic,

operational, and research oriented initiatives. This role is designed for individuals who are

interested in understanding how early stage startups operate and who are eager to contribute

across multiple functions.

The position offers broad exposure to business strategy, operations, product thinking, and early

stage growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Insights

• Conduct research on local retail markets and industry trends

• Identify and organize information on retail stores, malls, and shopping districts

• Analyze competitor platforms and emerging market opportunities

Operations & Business Development

• Assist in developing store onboarding processes and documentation

• Support the preparation of vendor resources such as FAQs and onboarding guides

• Maintain internal databases related to store partnerships and outreach

Growth & Marketing Support

• Assist with early stage growth initiatives including social media research and content planning

• Identify potential influencer collaborations and community outreach opportunities

• Support experimentation with customer acquisition strategies

Founder Support

• Assist with documentation, internal knowledge organization, and presentations

• Help structure operational workflows and track ongoing initiatives

• Provide research and analytical support for strategic decisions

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have a strong interest in startups and entrepreneurship

• Possess strong research, analytical, and organizational skills

• Are proactive, curious, and comfortable working in a fast moving environment

• Can manage tasks independently and communicate clearly

• Are eager to learn by taking ownership of real responsibilities

Students from business, engineering, marketing, design, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
