Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with the Business Team for smooth site handover to the execution agency.
Conduct kick-off meetings with construction contractors to align scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Review and validate IFC drawings and SOQs prior to execution.
Ensure issuance of correct, approved, and latest-revision engineering deliverables to contractors.
Raise Site Engineering Requests (SERs) for site-specific engineering queries.
Coordinate with the Design Team for timely resolution of engineering queries.
Liaise with State Business Teams to provide site data required for obtaining statutory and regulatory clearances.
Regularly update the State Planner on site readiness for receipt of materials.
Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, dealers, and site contractors to ensure timely ordering and delivery of all project materials.
Inspect incoming materials at site, prepare inspection reports, and submit relevant documentation to the state office.
Ensure safe and proper storage of materials at site.
Monitor construction activities in line with the approved project schedule and ensure timely completion of projects.
Update and report site construction progress on a daily and weekly basis.
Ensure adherence to Quality and HSE standards at site.
Monitor construction quality and witness mandatory QMS activities; upload IRPs in the designated portal.
Ensure HSE compliance and conduct periodic safety audits.
Ensure timely closure of all punch points and obtain HOTO sign-off.
Monitor construction costs and avoid cost overruns or sunken costs.
Carry out material reconciliation at site.
Certify work measurements and maintain records of deviations.
Evaluate contractor performance on quality, safety, and delivery parameters.
Submit as-built drawing markups and complete HOTO dossiers.
