About The Opportunity
We operate in the Fashion & Apparel Design industry, specialising in trend-led ready-to-wear, accessories, and textile product development for domestic and international markets. This position is based in an on-site design studio environment focused on end-to-end product development—concept to production—and offers hands-on exposure to sampling, fittings, and vendor collaboration. Location: India (On-site).

We operate in the Fashion & Apparel Design industry, specialising in trend-led ready-to-wear, accessories, and textile product development for domestic and international markets. This position is based in an on-site design studio environment focused on end-to-end product development—concept to production—and offers hands-on exposure to sampling, fittings, and vendor collaboration. Location: India (On-site).
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the design team to develop seasonal concepts, moodboards, and illustrative sketches that align with collection direction.
- Create accurate technical flats, spec sheets, and tech packs for sampling and production handoff.
- Produce digital visuals and sample-ready artwork using Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop and 3D CAD tools.
- Assist pattern makers and sample room during fittings; update patterns and specs based on fit feedback.
- Source and maintain fabric/trim libraries; coordinate sample requests and vendor communications to track progress.
- Contribute to quality checks, documentation, and version control for samples and production files.
- Must-Have: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
- Must-Have: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
- Must-Have: Basic knowledge of 3D/CAD tools (CLO3D or equivalent)
- Must-Have: Practical understanding of pattern making and garment construction
- Preferred: Familiarity with Gerber AccuMark or Optitex
- Preferred: Internship or project experience in apparel product development or merchandising
- Hands-on mentorship in product development with rapid ownership of tasks and visible impact on collections.
- Collaborative studio culture with regular fittings, vendor exposure, and cross-functional learning (design, sourcing, production).
