Design Manager

We are looking to hire an Architectural Engineer with a minimum of 15 years of experience, preferably in

industrial design projects such as warehouses, factories, and similar developments.

Key Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of MODON, Balady, and KAEC guidelines and regulations.
• Proven ability to manage and lead multidisciplinary teams (Architectural, Structural, Electrical, and Mechanical).
• Excellent coordination skills with all stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Strong mentoring and coaching capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to prepare professional presentations and manage stakeholders effectively.
• Outstanding time management and strong focus on project delivery.
