Job Description
- Preparation and execution of Fabrication shop plan – Monthly.
- To monitor work progress by PDCA method and finalize the job handover dates to machine shop/assembly shop
- To set the target for LE & OE and TQM parameters and plan to achieve the parameters
- To ensure no waiting time by availability of shop resources: tooling, fixtures, measurement instruments, machines
- To review the Process planning sheet (PPS) and Quality assurance plan (QAP) of the jobs
- Doing project delay analysis: plan vs actual, finding reasons for delays using PDCA method.
- Doing brainstorming with Manufacturing and QC section for process improvement and control.
- To achieve the EHS objective by controlling unsafe acts and unsafe conditions and periodic reviews of HIRA.
- Controlling usage/shop disposal of hazardous waste like oil-soaked cotton, plastic, chemical cans, paint drums
