Executive Search Consultant

📢On behalf of our international partner specialized in top-level executive search, we are looking for an Executive Search Expert to join their team. In this position, you will support senior consultants in delivering complex leadership recruitment projects while gaining exposure to global industries, senior-level talent markets, and international collaboration.

📌Key responsibilities

• Support the delivery of executive search projects, including preparation, research, and coordination of assignments.
• Identify and map potential leadership candidates through market research, internal databases, and external sources.
• Evaluate and prioritize candidate profiles and prepare structured reports and project documentation.
• Collaborate closely with consultants and international teams to ensure high-quality project delivery.
• Prepare client materials such as role descriptions, candidate summaries, and market overviews.
• Track industry trends, company developments and senior talent movements in relevant sectors.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, research initiatives and business development support.

📌Requirements

• University degree
• Excellent English and German language skills
• 4+ years experience in international environments or professional services
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Analytical mindset and strong attention to detail
• Interest in business, industries and global market developments
• Confident use of MS Office, databases and online research tools
• Proactive attitude and strong learning agility
