Role Description
This is an on-site contract role for a Collection Manager based in Muraul. The Collection Manager will oversee the end-to-end collections process, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding payments. Daily tasks include tracking overdue accounts, coordinating with customers to resolve payment issues, implementing collection strategies, and maintaining accurate records of transactions. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve collection targets and compliance with company policies will be essential.

- Experience in managing teams or working collaboratively with cross-functional teams is a plus.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and customer relationship management tools is beneficial.
- A Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
