Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Event Sales Executive (Weddings) to drive wedding sales and convert leads into successful bookings. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, a passion for weddings, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients while delivering exceptional experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle wedding inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable wedding packages and services
- Conduct client meetings, venue visits, and presentations for wedding events
- Coordinate with internal teams (planning, operations, vendors) to ensure smooth execution
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for wedding events
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and bookings in CRM
- Build strong relationships with wedding planners, vendors, and referral partners
- Stay updated with wedding trends, market pricing, and competitor offerings
- 1β3 years of experience in event sales, wedding sales, or hospitality sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales acumen with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work on weekends and flexible hours as per event schedules
- Presentable, confident, and passionate about weddings and events
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
