Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dehradun for an E-commerce Manager. The E-commerce Manager will oversee and optimize online sales channels, develop and execute e-commerce strategies, and collaborate on marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement and revenue growth. Responsibilities include analyzing performance metrics, managing online storefronts, coordinating with cross functional teams, and delivering targeted marketing campaigns. The role requires a results-driven professional committed to achieving business objectives while contributing to a creative and collaborative team environment.


Key Responsibilities :


End-to-End Channel Management: Take full ownership of the daily operations, catalog health, and performance metrics across platforms including Amazon, eBay, TikTok, Shopify, and other key marketplaces.

Strategic Sales Growth: Develop and execute tailored sales strategies for each channel to meet and exceed revenue targets.

New Business/Brands Expansion: Lead the charge for launching new brands into new global markets.

Channel Optimization: Continuously improve conversion rates and ROI through advanced data analysis, A/B testing, and listing optimization (SEO/Creative/Ads/Affiliates).

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with inventory, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.


Qualifications :

  • Strong E-Commerce and Marketing skills, with 2+ years of minimum experience in managing online sales platforms and crafting / executing marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in Sales with the ability to drive revenue and achieve performance targets effectively.
  • Exceptional Communication skills to engage stakeholders, collaborate cross-functionally, and build strong client relationships.
  • Advanced Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making, performance analysis, and campaign optimization.
  • Ability to stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and e-commerce technologies.
  • Previous experience in relevant industries, such as retail or fashion, is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
