Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end sales strategy from lead generation to closure to achieve business targets.
  • Strengthen and manage relationships with channel partners for e-commerce logistics growth.
  • Conduct partner trainings and promote the cost-benefit of e-commerce logistics solutions.
  • Identify new clusters, markets, and B2C customer base expansion opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and provide actionable business insights.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align sales strategies with organizational goals.
  • Manage key client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with operations, marketing, and commercial teams for seamless service delivery and timely collections.
  • Drive upselling, cross-selling, and business growth initiatives in the assigned region.
