We are looking for a hands-on Drupal & PHP Developer who can own end-to-end development of complex CMS-driven websites and applications.

This role is Drupal-first, with strong backend ownership and collaboration across design, project management, and leadership teams.

Drupal & PHP Development

• Develop, customize, and maintain Drupal 8/9/10 applications
• Build custom Drupal modules, features, and Twig-based themes
• Write clean, optimized PHP (7.4 / 8.x) code following best practices

Backend & Database

• Work with MySQL / MariaDB and PostgreSQL
• Design complex content types, views, and configurations

Integrations & Migrations

• Integrate third-party APIs (CRM, ERP, payment gateways, external services)
• Handle CMS migrations and upgrades (Drupal → Drupal, legacy → Drupal)
• Use Composer, Drush, and Configuration Management effectively

Performance, Security & SEO

• Optimize performance (caching, database tuning)
• Implement Drupal security best practices
• Ensure SEO-friendly technical implementation

DevOps & Collaboration

• Manage Git repositories and branching workflows
• Handle deployments and environment management
• Work with Docker-based setups (DDEV, Lando)
• Mentor junior developers via code reviews and guidance

Core Skills

• PHP (7.4 / 8.x)
• Drupal 8/9/10 (strong hands-on experience)
• JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
• MySQL / MariaDB, PostgreSQL

Drupal Expertise

• Custom Modules & Hooks
• Twig Templating
• Drush & Composer
• Configuration Management
• Performance & Security Optimization

Tools & Platforms

• Git (advanced workflows)
• Docker (DDEV / Lando)
• CI/CD basics
• AWS or Azure (preferred)

Bonus Skills

• REST / JSON APIs, GraphQL
• Headless or decoupled Drupal
• Automation or AI-driven features
