Job Purpose/ Summary
We are looking for an experienced Payroll professional to manage end-to-end payroll operations and statutory compliances. The role is critical during peak payroll cycles and requires strong hands-on experience in payroll processing, audits, and statutory filings.

Strong knowledge of Indian payroll processes and statutory compliances Hands-on experience with 24Q, Form 16, and income tax demand handling Experience in payroll audits and compliance reporting High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work under pressure during peak payroll cycles Proficiency in payroll systems and MS Excel
Principal Accountabilities
Execute endtoend payroll processing for multiple major entities ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all payroll cyclesbr Conduct detailed payroll variance analysis and reconciliation to identify discrepancies and ensure financial accuracybr Provide comprehensive support for internal and external audits including preparation and presentation of necessary documentationbr Manage statutory compliances meticulously including the preparation and filing of 24Q quarterly filings and the generation of Form 16br Coordinate effectively with business teams to gather and validate payroll inputs ensuring all data is accurate and completebr Oversee investment proof verification and manage yearend payroll activities to ensure compliance with financial regulationsbr Ensure strict adherence to timelines and regulatory requirements maintaining a high standard of compliance across all payroll operations
