Job Description

We’re seeking a dynamic Director of Sales to lead our luxury and independent hotel sales efforts across multiple properties. If you have a proven track record as a Director or Regional VP of Sales in full-service hotels or resorts, we want to hear from you.


What you’ll do:

  • Lead sales strategies across multiple locations, supporting growth and revenue goals.
  • Provide onsite sales leadership, including extended periods traveling to properties as needed.
  • Mentor, inspire, and collaborate with a high-performing sales team.
  • Represent our brand with professionalism, flexibility, and a team-first mindset.


What you bring:

  • 10+ years of progressive management experience in hospitality, overseeing multiple properties.
  • Prior experience as Director or Regional VP of Sales at independent, full-service, or luxury hotels/resorts.
  • College degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • Strong leadership, flexibility, and a self-starting attitude.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and solid math/financial acumen.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Charleston, SC (this is not a remote role) and to travel as required.
