Technotask Business Solutions Pvt Ltd is looking for a Business Development Leader (B2B Sales) to drive growth and build strong client partnerships from our Bhopal office.

📍 Location: Ganesh Galaxy, Ayodhya Bypass Road, Bhopal

💼 Role: Business Development Leader – B2B Sales (On-site)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with decision-makers, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

This role requires someone who thrives in a target-driven environment and is passionate about consultative selling and client relationship management.

• Identify and generate new B2B business opportunities across industries.

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

• Engage with CXOs, founders, and senior decision-makers to pitch Technotask solutions.

• Manage end-to-end sales cycle – prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure.

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.

• Conduct product demonstrations and present customized solutions to clients.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client success.

• Provide sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to leadership.

✔ 2–6 years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development

✔ Strong lead generation and client acquisition skills

✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities

✔ Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking platforms

✔ Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships

✔ Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly motivated

Prior experience in industries such as BPO, FinTech, SaaS, CX solutions, or E-Commerce will be an added advantage.
