Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop detailed designs and structural plans for ropeway systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
Collaborate with clients and project teams to understand design specifications and deliver tailored solutions.
Conduct structural analysis and simulations to validate design integrity and safety.
Ensure designs meet cost and quality benchmarks, optimizing resources and materials.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including procurement and construction, to ensure seamless project execution.
Review and approve design modifications, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
Utilize advanced design software and tools to create precise and efficient designs.
Monitor emerging technologies and trends in ropeway systems to incorporate innovative solutions into designs.
Prepare technical documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Support the Head Design Engineering in strategic initiatives and process improvements within the design function.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
5–10 years of experience in structural design and engineering, preferably in infrastructure or ropeway projects.
Proven expertise in client coordination and delivering project-specific design solutions.

5–10 years of experience in detailed design and structural engineering.
Hands-on experience in infrastructure projects, with a focus on cost and quality optimization.
