Job Description

Customer Engagement & Technical Sales Support: Act as the technical lead in customer discussions, delivering compelling sales pitches, addressing technical queries, and supporting commercial negotiations.
Feasibility Studies & Business Case Development: Support the strategy team by conducting technical feasibility assessments, market studies, and data-driven analysis to evaluate new product ideas and business opportunities.
Technology Road mapping: Define and maintain a forward-looking technology roadmap aligned with market trends, customer needs, and internal product strategy.
Market Trend Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to identify new product opportunities.
Advanced Engineering Initiatives: Collaborate with R&D and innovation teams to explore and validate advanced engineering concepts for next-generation automotive components.
Strategic Product Seeding: Identify and execute strategic opportunities to introduce new technologies and components (e.g., Electric Pumps, EGR, Control box) into OEM platforms.
Proof of Concept (PoC) Development: Lead the creation of PoCs and technical demonstrators to validate product concepts and showcase value to potential customers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product management, and engineering teams to ensure alignment between customer requirements and internal capabilities.
Voice of Customer (VoC) Integration: Gather and translate customer feedback into actionable insights for product development and strategic planning.
Technical Documentation & Presentations: Prepare and deliver high-quality technical documentation, white papers, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
