Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients for the bank's salary account program
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure long-term partnerships
- Develop and implement strategies to increase the bank's market share in the corporate salary account segment
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and understand their needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for corporate clients
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the bank
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and relationship management in the banking industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of corporate banking products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
