Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, providing accurate product, pricing, and service information.
- Assist customers with order placements, tracking, modifications, and dispatch coordination to ensure timely deliveries.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and Invoice Preparation in coordination with customers and the sales team.
- Identify and resolve customer concerns efficiently to enhance satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate with distributors to address queries, provide sales tools, and strengthen channel relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, POs, invoices, and follow-ups in CRM/ERP systems.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights to improve products, service quality, and sales strategies.
- Assist in onboarding and training new team members or distributors when required.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to support sales conversations effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field (preferred).
- 1+ year of experience in sales coordination, billing, or sales support (Freshers with strong aptitude may apply).
- Experience in handling Purchase Orders, invoicing, and basic billing coordination preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused, sales-driven mindset.
- Good understanding of documentation and coordination in a manufacturing setup.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with CRM/ERP systems.
- Knowledge of the food manufacturing industry and distribution channels is an added advantage.
