Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Customer Support Executive to join our team at our Faridabad location. As a Customer Support Executive, you will manage customer inquiries via various communication channels and provide exceptional service. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include resolving customer queries, maintaining detailed records of client interactions, and collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs effectively. Furthermore, you will ensure customer satisfaction and retention by delivering timely and professional support.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for addressing customer inquiries and managing interactions.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making to resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate client records and follow-ups.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, on-site environment in Faridabad.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and tools is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi; additional language skills are advantageous.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Collaborative mindset, with a positive attitude and passion for enhancing customer experiences.
