Customer Support Executive –

Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Location: Attingal
Job Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and inquiries.
- Respond to customers through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Schedule service bookings and coordinate with the operations team.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Malayalam & English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer handling skills preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month + incentives
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
