Jewellery Sales Executive (Nagercoil/Marthandam/Kulashegaram)- Male/Female

To achieve individual sales targets by engaging with the customers, explaining the features and benefits, assisting in choosing the products by ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

Role and Responsibilities

• Presenting and selling of products/services using well - mannered communication skills.
• Responsible for Counter Sales, Upselling and Cross selling of products / services.
• Responsible for maintaining the visual appearance / merchandising of the counter.
• Upselling, Cross Selling to the potential customers.
• Handling and resolving customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
• Provide support to the marketing team for potential customer visits and exhibitions.
