Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain customer accounts while ensuring accurate account records
- Build and nurture positive relationships with clients through professional communication
- Provide support and guidance to customers regarding services and account inquiries
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs and expectations are met
- Monitor account activity and assist with account updates or adjustments
- Maintain organized documentation related to customer interactions and account status
