Job Description

Skillbridge Academy is seeking a motivated and professional Customer Account Representative to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and support.

• Manage and maintain customer accounts while ensuring accurate account records

• Monitor account activity and assist with account updates or adjustments
