Job Description

Department: Finance (SAP)

Location: Pashan, Pune

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive SAP Intern to support our ERP activities, particularly around SAP (SAP B1). The intern will assist the team during implementation activities, maintain system data, and ensure accurate data entry to support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the team in SAP implementation activities, including basic configuration support and coordination with internal departments.
Support data preparation during the SAP rollout process.
Perform data entry and updates in SAP (SAP B1) for various modules as required.
Help in maintaining and managing SAP master data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Assist in data validation and verification to maintain reliable system records.
Support users with basic SAP data-related queries and documentation.
Maintain proper records and documentation related to SAP processes and updates.

Preferred Qualifications

Base qualification: Any Bachelor's degree
Familiarity with data entry and data management.

Skills Required

Attention to detail
Good documentation and record management skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel
Ability to work with large datasets and maintain accuracy

Duration: 6 months paid Internship (15k pm)

The internship is mandatorily for students pursuing their MBA academic course.
