Working Days: 5 Days / Week
Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA + Performance Incentives
Role OverviewLiveSecure Protection Services and WipeUp Janitorials provide security and facility services to clients across Canada.
The Business Development Executive will focus on international client acquisition, building relationships with property managers, contractors, and facility managers.
This is a client-facing sales role requiring confidence in international communication and B2B outreach.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and generate leads across Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom.
- Conduct outbound cold calls to introduce company services.
- Build relationships with property managers, contractors, and business owners.
- Schedule discovery meetings and qualify client requirements.
- Present service offerings and coordinate proposals with internal teams.
- Maintain records of prospects and opportunities.
- Track outreach activity and conversion progress.
- Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Minimum 2 years experience in international B2B sales or lead generation.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- Experience in cold calling international markets.
- Confidence speaking with senior decision makers.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Experience using CRM or lead management tools is preferred.
