Role Overview

As a Sales Counsellor, you will play a key role in guiding students toward the right PhysicsWallah programs, converting leads into enrollments, and contributing to overall revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students and parents to qualify inbound and outbound leads

• Understand student goals and recommend suitable JEE / NEET programs

• Address queries, handle objections, and close enrollments effectively

• Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM

• Consistently meet and exceed assigned enrollment targets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• Prior experience in sales or student counselling (EdTech experience preferred)

• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills

• Target-driven mindset with hands-on CRM knowledge
