Designation –Business Associate

We are looking for dynamic and ambitious professionals to join our team as Financial Consultants / Wealth Advisors. In this role, you will help clients achieve their financial goals through smart investment planning, relationship management, and advisory services.

Key Responsibilities

· Acquire new clients through calls, references, and meetings

· Promote and advise on Equity, Mutual Funds, SIPs, Insurance, PMS & Bonds

· Provide market insights, research reports, IPO & NFO updates to clients

· Cross-sell financial products and ensure client satisfaction

· Maintain regular client engagement and ensure retention

· Achieve branch AUM growth and sales targets

· Support promotional activities and assist in closing leads

· Prepare and share daily sales reports

Requirements

· Graduate (NISM-5 preferred)

· 1+ year experience in financial services / sales (freshers with strong communication may also apply)

· Good communication & relationship-building skills

· Passion for financial markets and customer success

What We Offer

· Salary: ₹21,000 – ₹45,000 per month + Incentives
